IMPORTANT: News is automatically sorted by file modified dates. Editing an old news file will bring it to the top, and the only way to fix it is to modify every other news file in the correct order.
This is a Linux filesystem limitation; I'll probably come up with a way to add custom timestamps to news files eventually.
